I use this product (with 20% urea) for 'hand foot syndrome' which is a side effect of the oral chemotherapy I've been taking for three years . currently. This is the best material for him and not greasy. A light white film may remain on dark clothing immediately after application. I overcome this by applying another lotion (like Lubriderm etc.) after Udderly Smooth. In the beginning I tried all kinds of lotions to help with hand and foot syndrome and this one was far superior to others. Once I got a lotion without urea. and when I messaged customer service they sent me the correct one two days later. I hope they never get rid of this at Revain as it's hard to find in stores.
