The best value for money I've found on the internet! I am very impressed!

I don't usually give reviews. But after seeing that there aren't many reviews yet, I decided I should leave one. I was shocked to find the laptop packed in a very padded sleeve inside a brown box which was then inside another larger box with roomy inflatable pockets. In general, he was well protected. The seller (itreplay) seems to pay attention to small details and I am grateful to him for that! I would be very upset if I received a laptop that was damaged due to improper packaging. I really think they did a great job as mine arrived with no problems. I found the Dell Latitude 7280 exactly as shown in the stock images from the post. It included a running power supply (no USB-C adapter). This laptop is (and is) charged via either a standard Dell barrel connector or a USB-C port. (This means it's compatible with USB-C docks that can charge using the Power Delivery (PD) standard.) This means that if you have such a dock (like the Dell WD15), you can use it simply plug in the USB-C port and the laptop can then be charged AND connected to attached monitors and other devices with just one cable. (USB-C cable). I have now tested this on 3 different docks that have the PD function and it loads and runs all other functions as expected with each dock as well. (I've tested with a Dell WD15, an Anker dock with PD pass-through, and an HP dock with PD.) I've also found that the laptop comes with a Windows 10 Pro product key and instructions for backing up and a restore CD. The processor, SSD hard drive and storage are as described in the listing. (In this case a dual-core Core i5 with 8GB RAM, that's a removable SO-DIMM. This allows you to order a 16GB SO-DIMM as a cheap replacement/upgrade as it is NOT soldered.) and a SanDisk SSD M2 with a capacity of 512GB. Hard drive that can also be swapped/upgraded. On the underside of the laptop is an easily removable panel that provides access to upgrade all of these components. Also worth noting is that it has an 802.11ac wireless network card and a handy SIM card slot if you want to add a cellular network (WWAN) connection. However, when I opened the case, I noticed that there was no WWAN card inside. This is a cheap problem though, as you can get a WWAN card for $15-$25 that works great with Revain. And it's not really necessary unless you just want cellular on the laptop itself instead of using a hotspot on your phone. To be honest I couldn't find a single scratch on the laptop and would never have known it wasn't new unless it came in non-Dell retail packaging. Overall I think this is the best price I've found in a refurbished laptop and I can't recommend it highly enough. I was (unfortunately) not offered any compensation for this review but I was very concerned about the cost and I can honestly say that if I had the money I wouldn't hesitate to buy a few more at this price point. (I paid $399, or just over $425 after taxes, in July 2020). I've priced against comparable systems on TigerDirect and Newegg but found this to be the best deal. (Also, I really LOVE the sub-14" form factor. I usually think 13.3" Mac displays are the best size for an ultraportable. My ONLY downside to this system is that I have a 1920 x 1080 screen instead of 1366 x 768, but the screen still looks very good and has no dead pixels! So it's really hard to complain at such a low price.
