I ordered 2 of these chairs. When I started putting them together I thought they looked pretty flimsy, but I kept going. The first went well. The second had a frame that was too big for the material. When I compared the two parts to be joined, they were significantly different in size. As I was concerned about durability I decided to return it. I processed the request and found that the return postage would be at my expense. I expressed my disappointment at this and received a call from the seller offering to replace the defective part. I appreciated the offer but was not satisfied with the quality of the products. For someone who is easily intimidated, this call may seem uncomfortable. I ordered a similar product from Plow and Hearth, adjustable, durable, with a padded seat and back. The price difference was only a few dollars. worth your money. I can't think of any reason to recommend this product.
