Bought these for myself after my ACL and MCL surgery. They arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, one of the cases arrived with a hole - the quality was definitely there, so I'm guessing a defect. My boyfriend loved the look and feel so much that I ordered him a black pair in his size. One of the representatives contacted me and promptly refunded my money for the damaged pair. We are very happy with the product and customer service. The only thing I would change is the big Sparthos tag on the front of the sleeve (maybe embroider a logo instead?).
