Review on LINGMIN Womens Dovetail Asymmetrical Swallowtail by Susan Park

This is the right coat if you are not expecting what is pictured. Instead of a curled tail, it's just a rather shapeless high-low design (and more of a tulip angle than a swallowtail) that completely defeats the appeal. There isn't even enough extra fabric on the back to iron and sew the pleats yourself. Hook and eye closures at the front could be forgiven, but instead they become just another unfortunate detail that saves nothing. The inner lining, which is clearly off-white as in the photo, is instead all white, made of some kind of plastic-based material (e.g. a windbreaker) and even slightly crumpled. Pay very close attention to the sizing and ignore the standard sizing labels: it's small, even for what they claim in US sizing. I usually wear a size M in most coats/jackets and ordered a "US 2XL" / 4XL of this one and it fits *just*, especially around the shoulders. I was able to order one that fits, but I marked the item as "too small" because their equivalents are so far apart that someone else could make the mistake of not paying attention to the actual sizes, which are nearly correct. If you look at the images for the City In Left equivalent (https://www.amazon.com/City-Left-Dovetail-Turn-Down-Clothing/dp/B01AYUU514) they more closely match what it is actually is. Something to look forward to! But it is not what is pictured here so it gets 1 star and going back.
