The screen protector/fingerprint reader works perfectly. Read the instructions carefully and install it.

In short: Yes. The fingerprint scanner works perfectly, but you have to be careful when mounting the front. I think that alone justifies the value of this product. Yes. YOU MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. You must follow the instructions carefully, otherwise the glue will not be applied to the fingerprint area and you will not have a good grip. Not only do you need to clean the screen thoroughly, but you also need to apply/apply the screen protector very carefully. I'm not saying it's hard, I did it the first time without really knowing what I was doing, with moderate success. When I first attached the front I had about 80% of the adhesive touching the glass. The fingerprint reader worked, but I couldn't create new ones in the operating system. but in a few weeks it stuck by itself (I also crushed it with a credit card). It was my fault. I made a small mistake during installation. If you do everything right it should work with fingerprints created with or without security like I currently have. I'm not sure if that's a statement of the performance of this screen or the poor accuracy and security of the ultrasonic fingerprint reader, but it's worth every penny. The only disadvantage. and that's the inevitable compromise for a solid body with a screen protector and a working fingerprint scanner, in my opinion. is that you probably can't remove the entire body (particularly the front) without damaging the adhesive. At some point it will have to be replaced. That being said, all durable cases with built-in screen protectors will need to be replaced, usually because the screen protector is scratched/cracked. This goes for any amount of money ($60 Otterbox Defender screen protectors practically turn to dust), so I think the price is justified. The rest of the case is 1:1 similar, almost identical to the build of a similarly designed rugged case. I've always had the Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pros. This thing is almost identical and these things were awesome. I've dropped my phones hundreds of times with no issues. Anyway it's better. My old unicorn bugs had very hard USB-C flaps/caps that put a surprising amount of pressure on loose cables, which I didn't like. It doesn't have this problem.

Pros
  • Case for Note 10 Plus: Full protection Tough, durable, shockproof protective cover
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
