I bought this pillow at 28 weeks pregnant and have slept (and napped) much better so far! For the record, I'm 5'2" and 125 pounds. I think what I like best is that I can use my own pillow. I also like that it has a smaller removable side pillow. I need it most and I don't get too hot.I think a full C or U shaped pillow can be a little stuffy.This pillow fits nicely in the queen bed my husband and I share and doesn't take up too much space a..He usually pins them at the end.My only complaint is the velcro that attaches the side pad to the main pad,sometimes the fabric comes into play at night and the velcro is scratchy and sharp.I haven't found a way to fix this still.
