Very useful resource & valuable internal compliance checker
The tool has been very helpful for our team when it comes to assessing privacy policies. It's easy enough that even non-experts can use without needing additional training or support from experts within your organization! We've only used this once so far but have found no issues with its functionality thus far. Would love more options/features regarding how often we run reports, what types of changes are reflected after each report runs, ability to view multiple versions over time, etc. This would help make sure you're not missing anything important about updates made since last version ran through the reporting system. Our legal department uses DPIATool regularly before releasing new products into production environments - which helps us ensure there aren't hidden risks associated with them that could affect users' security and trust in their software product.
- I like having an organized way (in one place) where every thing is well documented by using Privacy Policies as reference points instead of just relying upon memory alone; also being able to track any possible improvements via automated email notifications whenever something needs attention / change.etc., makes me feel much safer knowing my data isn’t at risk if ever compromised due to
