Don't waste your money

I bought it for my mom's birthday. The balloons had to be inflated with helium to launch the balloon. About 20 of them didn't inflate, and after 2 hours the inflated ones stopped swimming. Luckily I had some balloons from last year to blow up for graduation. I was very disappointed.
