They definitely did what they were supposed to. They are MUCH larger than I thought even after reading the specs. Other than that I have a fairly large extension cord as well as all the cords/boxes for our Nintendo Wiiu and Switch, Fire Grip, TV and VCR. The big box is huge, so be careful when buying it for a specific location. The smaller one is also big, but everything fits well here too. I had no problem putting a cover on. Anyway, I could see people having trouble with it popping out as it takes a bit of time to compress all the wires. It's a large plastic box with slits on the side. Nothing special but definitely appreciated!
