A few weeks after purchase, one of the charging ports on this device stopped working. I spent weeks contacting customer service to get it repaired, replaced or refunded. Neither Revain nor the manufacturer responded or offered support. Finally, a few weeks later, the manufacturer just got in touch to say that the return period for the charger had expired and they would not do anything. You should avoid this charger.
