I'm 6ft 195lbs, waist 34", chest 43" - short legs but long torso. I bought the large and it fits me perfectly. My only limitation might be the legs. I am a cyclist and have large hips - they fit snugly around my legs - not tight but snug. I would be concerned if my feet would shrink when washed. There are many other adult jumpsuits out there, but I found this one to be a bit "cool" rather than trashy like a Minion or something like a baby. I was really surprised that the front zip actually contains 2 zips - which means that if you're all zipped up, you can unzip the bottom and go pee without opening the entire front, which keeps you warm. I'm from Florida and bought this for a ski trip to Whistler - Canada and for our COLD nights here (anything under 55F). The cost is fantastic too. Just be patient with delivery - it will be shipped from the UK and will take a couple of weeks (arrived 2 weeks before expected delivery window).
