Potential customers. Please use common sense! That is my experience.

Like others here, I've been trying to find the "right" pillow for me. My wife and I have bought different ones over the years. She is happy with other expensive memory foam pillows we bought years ago. I slept on them one night. I take my words back, I slept on it for half a night before resorting to my usual pillow. I haven't found the right pillow yet. They were either too hard or too soft. What drew my attention to this device were the reviews and secondly the 90 day money back promise, (2x) free setup promise and a 20 year warranty if it ever needs a replacement. I called the company to speak to them before ordering (as I usually do) just to double check and clarify their promises and the gentleman was very polite, professional and patient with me. Promises are short and dry. No "gotcha" clauses. I ordered mine knowing that there might be a slight transient odor which I don't like (from the reviews), that the pillow is NOT a solid block of memory foam but rather shredded foam (as the description here clearly says) and guided common sense, I know I'll probably have to send it in for adjustment to my personal preferences after trying it for about a week. These things are natural for EVERYONE. So I don't understand why people leave ambiguous and unfair 1 and 2 star reviews. Almost all low-star reviewers didn't use the free settings. After the company tells them to get in touch, there are no updates as to their satisfaction, and those who update and say how the company got it right don't change their ratings. to match the customer service you have received. I hope that the more logical and sane prospects reading this will take that into account when reviewing their poorly rated reviews (which I think are unfair and poorly written). It looks like the reviewers are trying hard to be difficult. Since the comfort of a pillow depends solely on the person using it, before whining and complaining about how it feels, wouldn't it make sense to personalize it? i am such a person I got a pillow. yes, a slight smell crossed my mind, but nothing to bend over. I mean. I could wash it but I didn't want to wait hours for it to dry and what's more. I think VERY few of us sleep on a pillow without a pillowcase anyway! Yes, I have a pillowcase that has dust mites on it and the pillowcase itself masks the smell A LOT. No headaches or anything for me from the smell. Didn't even smell it after putting on the comforter and pillowcase. I sleep on my side and on my stomach. The first night was pretty good so I decided to stay a week and then decide. I decided the pillow needed more padding based on my personal preference because the foam would shift too much and the pillow would get too hard with my arm underneath when lying on my side. I called Relief-Mart, told them about my problem and asked what they suggested and the guy was very nice, told me what to do, they emailed me a return label - so the setup was FREE. (It's also in the description here on Revain, in big bold letters.) I got my pillow back (processing time depends on how close you live to California) and I think it's almost perfect. I am very. I mean MORE THAN. satisfied with the pillow comfort, customer service, guarantee and promises kept! The company did everything they promised to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I no longer have a stiff neck, morning headaches, or anything related to the wrong type of pillow. Yet again. Knowing that the comfort of any pillow depends on the opinion of the person sleeping on it, I bought this pillow knowing I might need to change it. the amount of foam in it. Deducting stars for this is ridiculous, they tell you you can customize it before you even buy it. So why punish them for making a standard pillow that can be changed? Why penalize a company for providing a 90-day money-back guarantee? Or 20 years guarantee? I couldn't do it to be honest. Relief-Mart adjusted my pillow to my personal comfort level. I waited while setting it up before writing a review. Damn. Even if I sent it back twice and it was still wrong I could still get a full refund so why complain? Why should I give them a low rating because they did everything to make me happy? I sincerely hope that other potential customers who come to us for the first time will take this into account when reading the low rating reviews and ordering this pillow. To give her anything other than at least 4 stars is unfair given that they give their all with a company like theirs. can make sure you are happy with your result and know whether you leave the pillow or not. I wish more companies would go after customers like Relief-Mart. some strange and mysterious reason. For me, it's like going into an expensive clothing store and buying an expensive suit or new wedding dress, NOT having it made to order (i.e. "tailored"), and then complaining that it doesn't fit on the hanger. Makes no sense, does it? Plus it's free!
