I like that we are able to work with our clients directly, rather than through an agency or recruiter. We also have some very good relationships in medical recruiting so it makes for seamless placements of candidates who can be working right away instead of having time lapse between candidate search/placement which could slow down process. There is not much at this point as far as dislikes but would love more flexibility from HR if they want us to go into off-site locations (i.e., overnight stays). I think all companies should look closely at hiring staffing services because you get what you pay for when dealing with third party agencies vs direct service providers such as ourselves. Recruiting physicians has never been easier!
