Ink is just as good on plain paper as expensive HP cartridges, but I've noticed slight color differences on rare specialty prints. For example on overhead projections, in that fancy transparent plastic and on thick cardboard, but that doesn't bother me. I'm just a typical homeowner with a multifunctional home office doing school projects and the occasional work project that can come home. If I printed business cards or logos for a living, I would pay HP for the end product. Because compared to the normal chip reader, there is a tiny fancy chip on the cartridges to make them more compatible with HP. Printer, I insert it carefully not to knock it off, but I've used about 10 of these cartridges and never had a problem with them, I just have to push them in a little for them to snap into place. has been reported as "unsuccessful" on several packages. No amount of troubleshooting is going to result in the printer more than reading. Two sides. The sellers were very responsive after 3-4 months when I finally put a new cartridge in and sent me a replacement. I can't give enough credit to the sellers who are genuinely willing to help you, you just need to remember that this is a two-way street. Some things they cannot control. You should give the sellers an honest troubleshooting chance and be willing to meet with them to fix the problem. This seller is great.
