Review on 🚗 Scosche NN1492B: Black DIN Dash Kit, Compatible with 1986-93 Nissan Hardbody / Pathfinder by Tim Morrison

I bought this installation kit because it was the ONLY option I found for my D21 cassette. Pros: It's the right size and when there's no other way out, it works. Personally, I'd rather pay a little more for better quality. But I haven't found any other option. Cons: It's very weak and I had to make some modifications to keep the stereo stable. The plastic parts that are designed to hold the radio are extremely fragile, causing the radio to move and become unstable. I just took an old paint stirrer, cut it and glued it to two pieces of plastic to stabilize it. I would have taken photos but didn't think to take them until after the installation was complete. I used Gorilla Glue and wrapped it with duct tape to stabilize it until it dries. After these modifications it works great.
