You can complete your telemedicine appointment with accurate heart rate readings and track your children's sleep to see if there are any disruptions or changes as they grow. This harness is rated for children up to 36 months, which is a lot longer than I expected. At around $200, it's totally worth the certainty you gain, and its durability is second to none. It's like a small Fitbit, but way better.
