I received 2 dachshund puppies and found that they can go right through the fence we used for our adult dachshund and german shepherd so we had to use 18" small wire tape around the base of the fence we used these zip ties to attach the wire to the fence and tighten it tightly so the pups can't crawl through or get stuck between the two layers of wire they were easy to tighten through the meshes of both guards and it's easy to thread them in to start with the "zipper" to pull them tight.I was lucky they gave me tight connection points and a great fit for the wire strip.No more chasing runaway puppies and two happy seniors whose best days of puppy hunting are over.
