Before that there were two other foam dispensers and they were unknown brands that lasted about 3 months each. Decided to get a good deal on this Allegro and it arrived in DOA. Discussed all steps with tech support and after 20 minutes they realized it was faulty, ordered a return and sent me a brand new one. The second lasted exactly 27 days and now it is doing what the attached video shows. I have cleaned and reinstalled all the pipes, o-rings and connection points to no avail. I won't even bother with a warranty at this point and it's going in the bin. Decided to just use a mason jar style hand pump. ** UPDATE ** Changed to 4 stars. The Allegro Clean team contacted me and asked me to try some of their products to fix the issue I was having. They also offered to replace it with a new one if I wasn't happy with the decision. The second solution actually worked and after a week it is still working perfectly. I'll admit I didn't feel like taking it out of the recycling bin and trying to fix it, but I'm glad I did. It was just the way they approached me, they weren't pushy or anything, they never asked or even suggested to change my rating. I decided to do it alone because they deserved it. I wish more companies would do this and shelve their products. Thanks Wayne
