Review on ETCH Jugs Climbing Hold Green by Alex Jones

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The handrails are rounded and comfortable enough to be used at different angles

This is a decent holder set, although not as big as the description would suggest. Two of the handles are multi-pad jugs, while the remaining three have rims cut into a pad and a half. On a 45 degree wall, two large holds are V0-V1 and three smaller ones are V1-V3. However, the handles are rounded and comfortable enough to be used at different angles. The description "bridging the gap between our jugs and finger buckets" is misleading. In fact, 3 of the 5 handles are identical to the handles in Tine Bucket Set D. Please note when ordering both pitchers and Tine Bucket Sets from Etch. Normally I would rate this 4 stars but I deducted a star because it's not a unique set. The texture is a bit rough, but that's not a bad thing - if desired, rough texture is easier to chip off with sandpaper than to add texture. to a smooth stop. Durability is solid.
