We received many compliments and questions about where we got this piece from when my daughter wore it to her birthday. However, it is very, very thin and colored tulle is tied once, with no further layers. You'll probably want to wear bike shorts underneath and another tulle skirt underneath for more fullness. You can see in the picture here that I've added another neon orange tulle skirt to give it some pomp. If you don't, it will be too shallow and show through.
