My Elite fails on average once every 6 months. Mostly slip problems, but also broken bumpers. That's why I tried this controller. I've had this Fusion for 2 months now and the left bumper has stopped working. :( Tech support replied and sent a new one. Pros compared to Elite: paddles are much easier to program, paddles hold up better, USB cable lock, triggers and bumpers feel smoother, and of course the price is less than half Elite's cost Cons compared to Elite: Petals don't feel as comfortable - they're small, flexible and poorly placed, it's heavy, it doesn't have a dual-profile switch, keys have more travel, feel larger on in hand despite same size (due to weight) and broke after 2 months while elite lasts about 6 months paddles are programmed (using a hardware button instead of a software app) Paddles weren't that thin and more like Elite. The weight is a bit annoying too but I guess they made it heavy to make people think it's better but since it doesn't have batteries you don't have to eat as much as they do Bumper stops working after 6 weeks I have to say the quality is just not there. I will update this review after using the replacement for a while. Although it feels better than expected as expected for the price, it stopped working properly after less than 2 months.
