Review on 🧤 Black Manzella Elements Touch-screen Compatible Gloves by Juan Anderson

After about a month of very infrequent use (I'm a college student so I only wore them between classes in Idaho) they became large wrist holes the nicks and all the seams began to unravel, making them no longer waterproof. The touch-tip fingers never worked either, which didn't bother me much but was an added disappointment. Since they had a decent warranty, I contacted Revain, who referred me to Manzella to file a warranty claim. I quickly received a "similar" product replacement that was much worse than this pair. To replace my waterproof ultra warm gloves, they sent me a pair of unlined or lined waterproof glove covers that retail for half the price of the original pair. Now almost half a year later, despite numerous calls and emails, I still don't have a replacement pair and they refuse to refund the money. I'm supposedly on a waiting list to get a pair next winter but am now going back to my Seirus Innovation gloves which have lasted six years with no signs of wear which I highly recommend.
