I have a queen size bed and every two years I get a new king size fur blanket for the winter and every year even the king seems small to me and almost doesn't hang down. This one is finally bigger! Hangs very far away which is great because I have a high bed and it's big enough not to steal the bedspread. The only downside to getting a king is that it comes with large pillowcases but I still use them for my pillows for the back and fold an extra underneath, also comes with a small throw. Insanely cozy and plush, regular blanket weight, velvety underside, not sherpa like some but for me that's a plus, the sherpa texture quickly stops being so soft. Be sure to follow the washing instructions, if your dryer isn't big enough, you might not want to dry it. Love love love this one, I will get it every time I get my hands on a new biggest fur coat I have ever found! (My only advice for any fur or plush is to never use fabric softener, it ruins the feel of the fibers)
