These shoes are adorable! The owner of this company is so helpful! Their customer service is so good it makes you feel like you are in a mall. It makes it very easy to return if the shoes don't fit your child and it's very easy to exchange them or try on a different size. Due to the pandemic I don't want to take my girls to the shoe store and she always went out of her way to help me find the right shoes for my kids. I bought almost all of my first child's shoes from this company because they have a pronating foot and the shoes have an arch. It is almost impossible to find arches in children's and toddlers' shoes and these shoes have the perfect soft arch for toddlers and babies. I can't say enough good things about this company. We ordered this pair for my one year old and her legs are really plump which we appreciate and the owner is very nice and willing to help us find the right fit.
