The zipper is tiny, black metal and may be stuck in excess fabric or the zipper, idk.
The fabric has an unexpected shine but is still good. The zipper gets stuck at the end and you have to hold it at a certain angle. I use it for my "to-go" medication in tiny jars. So I use it 1-2 times a day and carry it in my purse. I LOVE the pattern and sloths make me smile every time I look at them. I'm a sloth with no daily vitamins and meds ππ I've been using it for 8 months now. later daily! The zipper doesn't get closed as often now. Be nice to your stuff.
