The platform is relatively easy to use even for beginners and they offer great support if you ever have any issues with your account. I haven't found anything so far that would dislike in this product or service. They provide excellent customer support which makes them stand out from other providers. As long as you don’t mind having several services running there isn’t much you can do wrong here, but there are only few things that could be improved (and some of those actually already got fixed). We needed hosting solution for our application where we wanted maximum uptime and reliability without spending too much money per host.
