Great for what it is.
I bought these anticipating a long day in the saddle and the possibility of rain, mud and puddles. Although the rain stopped when I hit the road, it was still pretty damp and my feet stayed dry all day (+/- 8 hours). My feet sweat, but not much, and they stay "dry" on the outside, which is always a real problem. Time and stretch, they are great for your needs. That being said, they're definitely not the most durable thing I've bought for cycling - but they're great for their intended use and I highly recommend them, especially for the price.
