I normally use Dior's $29 mascara which I LOVE but considering how quickly I use it I was looking for a cheaper one Option. I tried Cover Girl Mascara because it's waterproof and has a curved brush. Here's what I think: Pros: Great for lengthening and separating lashes without clumps. This is one of the least clumpy mascaras I've ever used. It won't flake off your face at the end of the day and as long as you don't touch your eyes it won't smear. Cons: The wand is very scratchy and irritated my eyes when I first put it on. I guess I'm used to the thick, luxurious brushes that come with expensive mascara. The formula also feels dry rather than rich and glossy like expensive mascaras. You will need 3-4 layers of this material to match a layer of Dior. It's not waterproof either - it's my fault for buying a waterproof one when I wanted it waterproof. It rinses off easily, but if you shed a tear or rub your eyes, you'll get raccoon eyes pretty quickly. Honestly for the price this is a great product and I can buy four tubes for the price of one Dior mascara. I would buy again.
