My daughter is under 4ft and about 45lbs and it's a bit big but fits and she will be able to wear it for a good year or more. Super cute skirt and looks well tailored.

- The flared skirt suits different body types.
Cons
- A maxi skirt may not be practical for active kids who like to run and play.
