The only thing I can say about this watch is that the instructions are terrible. The imprint is so small that you can hardly see it even with a magnifying glass! Also, the instructions are not clear regarding the watch's features and how to set it up. I found this to be a major problem, it took me about 8 hours to figure out the features and set it up. It is very comfortable on the wrist, the readings are accurate. There are a variety of watch faces to choose from, or you can use a photo of your choice. I received it within 2 days, shipping was great! The watch strap has multiple slots to fit your wrist perfectly. The face is big enough to read, the icons are big enough to choose what you use them for. There are exercises that I don't think people will ever use. I think things like aerobics, martial arts or boxing (kick boxing) and abs should be added and other useless sports like badminton, basketball and soccer should be left out. Plus they work great and I would recommend them if you are tired of paying for a more expensive fitness watch when it does the same thing for less.
