There Are Better Alternatives For Plantar Fasciitis

These compression stockings perform to varying degrees depending on the activity you are seeking relief from and the level of arch damage to your foot. In the past I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis due to a collapsed arch of the foot, most likely due to a combination of continuous heavy lifting and running long distances in not very supportive shoes. The purpose of compression stockings is to improve blood circulation and reduce swelling, which can relieve people from severe pain. Wearing these compression stockings around the house, while sleeping or at work will reduce discomfort for some. More strenuous activities should include physical therapy. About CompressionZ:1 Socks. Quality - the material is soft and comfortable but lacks durability. One wash on a delicate load and the threads start to break. You have to be very careful when dressing. Squeeze it and place it on your heel before pulling firmly in any direction. I don't see them lasting long.2. It's priced at $30 and since it's not a famous brand, that's quite a lot for Revain. And the fact that they are short lived doesn't give me confidence that they will last long. Socks with good functional properties can now be bought cheaply in almost any store. They probably have the most reviews, which is why everyone sees them as miracle socks. I'm sure you can find equally good and cheap alternatives on Revain.3. Compression. There was no mm Hg listed on the packaging. Art. and wasn't in the description but I can say these are minimal compression socks. Personally, I would have preferred higher compression, but that goes for full-length socks.4. Size - I ordered a large men's size 12. When I first put them on they felt too long and went past my outer toes. Now after a few uses they fit better. Conclusion: I didn't feel any relief when walking in these socks. For the price, I don't think they're a worthwhile investment as they're more of a crutch than a solution. I would either suggest a cheaper pair because I certainly wouldn't buy 8 pairs at that price, or get physical therapy instruments that offer better long-term recovery and reconstruction support. I'm following some of Kelly Starrett's therapy tips https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOJPKu7DUfU and I think it's a much bigger miracle. The tools I would recommend are a lacrosse ball, low resistance bands, and a foam roller.
