I think I received a used or defective bag.
I ordered this in grey. Came without a tag. Scratches, not like scratches on worn skin, but deep scratches all over the body. There are burrs in the woven part. Very disappointed trying to match my new Frye boots with a carbon color. Looks like a used or defective bag. Send back.
