I bought it when the Ryzen 9 3900 first came out, then unfortunately I couldn't find the chips for a very long time. CPUs just weren't available except for scalpers trying to resell them for more than double the suggested retail price. After months of waiting, I finally caught the speculators who were selling their shares at the suggested retail price instead of trying to inflate the price, and picked up a processor to match. Board (Giagbyte x570 Gaming). First, the system was not released. After some trial and error, I found that the processor was not properly installed. With this board, you must ensure that you lift the lever on the processor socket until the lever clicks into place and opens fully on its own. If this does not happen, the CPU cannot fully record. I'm willing to bet that many of the low ratings couldn't boost the CPU until it clicks (it almost looks like you're going to break something). I also had to update the BIOS; the process was quick and easy. I understand people are afraid of breaking low-quality BIOS firmware, but Gigabyte has done a great job of making it completely safe and reliable. It's really no more than ten minutes added to your system build, which isn't much by and large. Overall I would say this is a great deal for the price. It has many functions and does what it is supposed to.
