This is the most useful ankle brace I have ever used and there have been many for my chronic ankle tendinitis. Pros: It's EASY and quick to put on - only 3 Velcro straps, no straps or weird extra tabs you can't figure out how to position. It's very comfortable and comfortable unlike those with hard braces and you can tighten it on either ankle (mine are very small). And it goes well with most shoes (I wear it over a sock). Cons: The velcro area becomes fuzzy and wears out over time. This can happen very quickly if you wear/take them off and put them on a lot and then the flaps no longer hold. Also, it's black, not very suitable for summer. I wish they were beige too.
