Well tailored tutu skirt
Ordered this for a 12 year old who is 73 pounds and 48 inches tall. Fits perfectly. The length was good. Elastic stretch waistband with plenty of room. The material is very soft and doesn't scratch at all. The skirt is very wide and well made. Outstanding quality for the price. The color is the same as shown. Very bright.
- A cute and soft skirt that I used for a peacock costume for my 5 year old. she loved it! It's good with a stretch.
