Variety makes life taste better
Every day I make a conscious effort to bring my lunch to work. It takes planning no matter what anyone says. The key to resisting the temptation to go out to dinner and spend money is simply variety. These containers are strong and tightly sealed. I cook meals for the whole week and bring at least 5 such meals a day, filled with different products. It is also easy to clean in the dishwasher! I will buy again. They're perfect for those of us who've had sleeve surgery and can only eat small portions at a time.
