I ordered a belt a few years ago and there were no problems until recently the buckle broke. I called the company and spoke directly to the CEO, he apologized and sent me a new buckle. No questions were asked. And since I ordered it from Revain, they couldn't even verify that I'd made the purchase and still sent it to me. The best customer service I've ever experienced. It's also the best belt ever made. Quality and comfort are second to none.
