This actuator was a replica of the mixed door actuator I removed from my 2009 Chevy Impala, but it appears to have broke immediately as it is also the same plastic as the one I removed . My suggestion would be not to turn the dial too fast to change your car's heater/AC setting unless you want to bust the gears in your drivetrain. It's really not fun to constantly replace it. I found this out when I realized my kids were riding along and then it started clicking again because the gears were broken.
