Declining. Easy. Cheeky cap sleeves. Stand-up collar when sun protection is needed or to hide a suit underneath. The 1/2 zipper allows the opposite if desired. Doesn't fit, so it's easy to put on any swimsuit. Rolls easily and comfortably. No logos. Bought 2 sizes. 5'3", 127 lbs. Size large. - Tried the medium first but didn't exactly fall off. Hooked to my butt, pulled across my chest. Also bought in black.
