Bought as a Christmas present. It's January 9th and the showerhead has already broken so much that the ball joint no longer supports the showerhead, so it always points down as far as possible. It only makes sense if you like to snuggle up against the wall while showering. Update: I never received an email from the seller as stated in the reply, but I did receive a replacement part in the mail that I did not request. Luckily I haven't sent off my return yet, so I replaced the broken hinge with a new one. A day after installation, the shower head started sagging again. Very disappointed.
