In my opinion this brace is absolutely the best on the market. I bought about 14 different gloves and started with fingertip and fingerless copper compression gloves and copper heels because they looked very stylish but ended up being very tight around your wrist and not ideal to wear. . on and off if you are already in severe pain from having to put your hand through this very narrow tube. The strap itself is too tight and almost impossible to loosen. I have also bought thumb studs and they are not at all ideal for the carpal tunnel because they actually apply pressure and have an anchor around the thumb that pulls right on the nerve in the wrist. Most of these braces, bandages, or compression gloves don't provide very good wrist support, but this one is absolutely scientifically designed. It has multiple extremely durable metal plates on either side of the wrist inside the material. It has a highly adjustable flex strap that can be adjusted to tighten or loosen it around your hand and wrist, and also allows you to adjust how snug you want it to be around your wrist overall, and it's just absolutely supportive, comfortable and soft and also very durable high quality material compared to all the others I've bought. It's literally the same price as most of them and you can machine wash it as long as you don't mix it with colors, but honestly I'd recommend doing it by hand to preserve the integrity of the product. The only negative I can really say is that I wish they came in stylish colors, but that's something I'd give up in favor of comfort and pain relief. Some of them actually hurt me more and some of them are some of the most ridiculous gimmicks. Make sure you do your research because if you have carpal tunnel most products on the market will not fit or really serve their purpose for the carpal tunnel. This is an absolutely great purchase and I will be buying more when I need them.
