I always buy these products from the barber I go to. When you unscrew the cap, there should be a seal on the bottle neck to ensure authenticity. The salon was closed due to Covid so I had to order online. The conditioner bottle was sealed and its consistency was identical to what I bought at the salon before Covid. Unfortunately, the shampoo had no seal and was very runny. This shampoo is very thick IF it is real. When I used it, it was so runny and fluid that it almost didn't foam. I knew I had been deceived. However when I tried to return due to family members falling ill with Covid I was unable to do so. Very disappointed.
