This backpack is simply gorgeous and incredibly spacious. The fabric is nice to the touch and of good quality and we expect it to be durable. It looks so cute and yet you can seriously pack it as a night bag - I can't get over how incredibly spacious this little bag is! However, our only complaint is really big, in our opinion. Straps do not stay adjusted. Every time my daughter wore this backpack, no matter how much or how little she packed in, the straps wouldn't stay put. The fabric of the straps is quite slippery and the buckles are all metal and have no mechanism that provides traction. You adjust the buckles so the straps are a comfortable length, put on a backpack, and 10 minutes later he's kicking your ass. Incredibly annoying. Without the lack of an effective strap adjuster we would have given this pack more than 5 stars, but the lack of an effective adjuster makes this pack uncomfortable and annoying. Up to 3 stars.
