Do not buy this model! My other Rockports have been great!

So disappointed! I have bought many pairs of Rockport shoes over the past 30 years. This is the first pair I have not been able to wear. They were very uncomfortable. I wore it once and couldn't/wouldn't wear it every time. I want to return them. That is possible? Thanks.
