I have been drinking these vitamins for a long time, about 3 years. Tried different ones. But these really show results. Hair grows faster, healthy shine, nails grow faster, skin is clean. It's a shame that they are almost past their expiration date. I know that they can be used after the expiration date, but the very fact of such an attitude towards their customers makes me is striking. For 4 months it is impossible to use them all.
