Broke after 47 days: Rotary Multiport broke during assembly. I used it to charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max without a case and my iPhone 8 without a case. I really liked this charging station. It looked just what I needed to conveniently charge all my devices in one place on my desk at home. However, I quickly realized that this charging station was anything but comfortable to use. I will rate this product based on certain categories that were important to me when making a purchase decision and how my actual experience compares to my expectations. Fast Charge: 1 Star The product comes with a QC 3.0 charger which should provide fast charge for supported devices. I have an iPhone 11 pro max and an iPhone 8, both devices are fast charge phones. However, when I place my phone on the wireless mat or even plug it into one of the included lighting ports, I don't think they charge quickly as it takes a long time to charge devices from 20% to 50%. Sometimes it takes up to 4 hours to fully charge both phones. 4 in 1: 4 stars I bought this product to be able to charge all my devices at the same time. My daily driver is an iPhone 11 Pro Max, an iPhone 8 that I use as a dash cam, my Air Pods and my Apple Watch. This product will charge any device but it lost a star because I have to put the watch down a couple of times to make good contact with the charger. There have been instances where my watch has not charged at all due to the charge cutoff preventing the charger from sitting flush, which can result in loss of contact with the charger. Case compatibility: 1 star. My pro airpods won't fit in the dock. with a thin rubber sleeve, I have to remove the sleeve every time I want to plug it into the lighting connector. My iPhone 11 without a case sits very firmly on the wireless pad. I have to take the cover off every time I put it on the mat, it also doesn't fit the lighting port without removing the cover. I use the Otterbox Commuter series. My iPhone 8 cannot use the case dock because the lighting connector is very short. I either place my iPhone 8 on the wireless mat or remove the case to dock it on the connector. Trail: 3 Stars I wanted to eliminate clutter and if you can use this station without the frustration of having to remove the case from your devices, it will do just that. No tangled cables or devices lying around in multiple places, taking up multiple outlets or USB ports. But since my watch sometimes doesn't charge at all, I have to charge it somewhere else. Overall: 2.25 stars. This product does not charge quickly. It's more of a 3-in-1 device as there are issues fitting the watch charger properly. And cases to prevent devices from being properly inserted and charged without removing them. I was really hoping that I would like this charging station. My expectations have disappointed me.
