For now I can tell you the cable is performing as expected. I need OTG mode for hardware interacting with Android app on Lenovo P1 Pro tablet. From the amount of USB cables I've collected over the years, I haven't had a single USB Type-A male to male cable. I ended up buying this cable (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089K4HYW5) along with this JSAUX cable. And I was lucky that both this cable and the USB Type-A cable come in two packages. So now I have a complete backup solution in case one of the cables fails. These cables will be used for literally a week in July. And then not used until next July. So I really won't know their long-term reliability. Unless it works out next year. And then, yes, I think that question will be answered. BUT! It comes with an 18-month warranty. So if I can get two years without a cable, it's worth what I paid for it. And I hope that the spare part still works.
