It saved my legs. I work in the healthcare industry. I'm on my feet all day, working 12 hours a day, 2 or 3 days in a row. I have great supportive shoes but sometimes my feet still hurt all night. An inflatable foot cushion helped. My legs don't hurt all night if I put my feet up for an hour after work. I can sleep all night without pain. The pillow is wide enough for my legs to stay in place when I put them on the pillow. It keeps its shape well. I like that I can empty it when I need to take it with me or put it away. (that will not happen).
