I bought this to help with my wrist problems (my hands get numb holding both the regular and Switch Lite). I immediately noticed that it makes my game much more comfortable and I no longer feel numbness in my hands and wrists. I'm almost 39 years old and a game developer (I'm always learning/playing/watching latest games etc so my consumption is much higher) so I may have early stage arthritis.
